- Bookings cancelled within 24-hours prior to pick up time will be charged 100% transfer rate.
- Booking cancelled after a vehicle has been dispatched will be charged at 100% transfer rate.
- Should you need a specific type of vehicle please communicate with reservation before confirming a booking.
- Quotations are valid for 30 days.
- A written communication is required for us to dispatch a vehicle.
